Hi, my name is Caroline Gilmore and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. I have a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Human Development & Family Studies and graduated in 2023 with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University.

I work with individuals ages 13 and older and have previous experience in the areas of self-esteem, grief, life transitions, depression and anxiety, stress, relationships, and coping. I utilize client-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral approaches to counseling. I am able to offer faith-based counseling if you desire to incorporate your Christian beliefs into therapy. I look forward to helping you grow and develop the tools you need to succeed in your personal mental health journey.
