Asheboro Counseling & Wellness is hiring for multiple positions as a mental health clinicians at a growing practice. Part-time positions may be considered. We are a Christian-based practice in Asheboro, North Carolina that uses empirically-based treatment models while also making faith a part of the clinical process. We specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families.
We work with clients on a personal level in the office and virtually to empower them with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to enhance and improve their mental health.
We are offering the following to our clinicians

W-2 position that allows clinicians to focus exclusively on their clinical work while Asheboro Counseling and Wellness provides billing, marketing, and administrative support

Friendly and flexible work environment allows clinicians to tailor their own schedules and caseloads

THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS

Fully licensed in North Carolina at the Master or Doctoral level. We are looking for candidates who hold the following licenses: LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT

Provisionally licensed therapists may be considered based on level of clinical experience (preference given to LCMHCA or LCSW-A)

Demonstrated prior clinical experience
Pay: $40-50 per hour with additional opportunities for extra pay

SCHOOL-BASED THERAPIST
Asheboro Counseling & Wellness is hiring for creative and experienced mental health clinicians for school-based settings. Part-time positions may be considered.
The purpose of Asheboro Counseling & Wellness’s school-based program is to increase the availability of evidence-based mental health services to children and adolescents within the school systems we serve. It is a collaborative approach that brings clinical knowledge and services to children and adolescents, and consultation, training and intervention support to educators. Students are able to receive mental health treatment and support while in school, making counseling services even more accessible. We are offering the following to our clinicians:

School-based mental health clinicians are able to follow the school workday hours and calendar, allowing for more flexible summer months and holidays.

W-2 position that allows clinicians to focus exclusively on their clinical work while Asheboro Counseling and Wellness provides billing, marketing, and administrative support. This is NOT a contract (1099) position and offers a private practice setting without the administrative burden.
